My path into the mortgage business started at Missouri State University, where I knew early on that I wanted a career built around helping people. My pull toward real estate was personal. I watched relatives build real, generational wealth through real estate and smart investing, and it showed me something powerful. The right financial decisions, made consistently over time, can change the trajectory of an entire family. I wanted to help people do exactly that.

So I earned my degree in finance, and along the way I discovered what has defined my work ever since. I'm genuinely good with numbers, and even better at making complicated financial scenarios make sense to the people they actually affect.

That's really what this job comes down to. A mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make, and too often it's handed to them as a confusing stack of paperwork and rates they don't fully understand. I do the opposite.
